can anyone please explain why all i get when i try to log into a models room is a black screen with a small buffering wheel and the message Loading Interface... this can last for a long time. and then, maybe 50 mins later, a cant get in message appears on full screen... how can i overcome it ?

The answer to your question is pretty clear. There is a connection issue with getting into the models chatroom either at their end or your end. There is not much one can do with actually getting into the room , but if you can type in the message section that there is a problem accessing the chatroom it might be possible that the model will see it.
